SHIPPING:
All products will be shipped within 48 hours after order submission. You will recieve your tracking number via e-mail upon the shipment. For our customers safety and convinience all packages will require signature confirmation upon delivery , unless requested otherwise.

RETURN POLICY:
You may return any product within 30 days of the purchase for a refund less 20% restocking fee or an exchange. Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with your return. Note: that the shipping charge is not applicable for credit.
Instructions for a return or an exchange:
1) Make sure the product is in as bought condition (Note: Nutrition supplements must contain 50% or more of the product remaining.)
2) Please obtain Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMAN) by contacting the return department 7 days a week 10am - 7pm PST

3) Remember to include original sales receipt .
4) Return products must be sent to the following address: 505 south Atlantic Blvd, Alhambra, CA 91801.
* We recommend all return items to be sent using a delivery conformation method to insure proper delivery as we may not be responsible for any lost items.
5) Receive a phone call from our customer service department.
- We will contact you by phone as soon as the package arrives to conform the delivery.
6) Receive refund or exchange.
- Products that weight 2 LBS or less will receive Free shipping up on exchange.
- The refund will be credited to the original method of payment less 20% restocking fee and may take up to 48 hours to appear on your credit card statement.
